In January 2016 I sent Nathan an email asking if he fancied taking in a ‘BIG project’. At the time I did little or no exercise and weighed just over 26 stone.
A little over a year later I had lost 65Kg and completed the London Marathon. Nathan is quick point out this was down to my hard work and dedication but the truth is he deserves more than fifty percent of the credit. His approach to weight loss and PT masterminded this project and I am very happy to admit this has been genuinely life changing.
Nathan’s knowledge, especially about nutrition, is fascinating and rarely do I leave the gym without having learnt something. Whilst I am convinced it is down to each of us individually to decide to make life style changes It is very difficult to follow through on these changes without the support of others.
Nathan is an outstanding example of one of these “others” and I am 100% sure I would not have made a quarter of the progress without his expertise and coaching.
